Booking and Reservations
We recommend booking early, especially during peak travel seasons (December–April and July–August). You can reserve your camper directly on our website or contact us via email or WhatsApp. After booking, we’ll send you a guide with helpful tips and step-by-step pickup instructions.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance payable when you collect your vehicle.
After your reservation is confirmed, we’ll will get in touch with you and organise a free pick-up at the airport.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please refer to our cancellation terms in the rental agreement.
We require a refundable security deposit, the amount of which depends on the insurance coverage chosen. This will be outlined during the booking process.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid license recognized in Costa Rica.
The minimum number of days you can rent is 5.
Vehicles can be picked up and returned between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please let us know in advance if you need different times—late returns may result in extra charges..

Complete the accident form provided in the camper. Take clear photos of the incident and any damage. File a police report.
Failure to follow these steps may invalidate your insurance coverage.
Travel and Camping Info
You can legally camp throughout most of Costa Rica. Wild camping is permitted and a great way to enjoy the count- ry’s nature. You’ll also find inexpensive campgrounds. Use the iOverlander app to find both wild spots and official sites.
Yes, Costa Rica is generally safe. Many travelers park near beaches, forests, or small towns. Stick to safe areas and use iOverlander to find trusted places.
Yes! Costa Rica is one of the safest countries in Central America. Exercise normal precautions, lock your camper, and avoid leaving valuables visible.
You can travel to most destinations in Costa Rica with our 4x4 campers. However, driving off marked roads or into rivers is not allowed.
Water can be refilled at many gas stations, supermarkets, and campgrounds. We’ll show you how to handle refills during the vehicle orientation.
Public restrooms are available at gas stations, restaurants, and most campgrounds. Many locations listed on iOver- lander also offer bathroom facilities.
No. Our rentals are only insured for use within Costa Rica. Cross-border travel is not permitted.
We’re open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sunday services can be arranged with prior notice.

Absolutely. At pickup, we’ll walk you through the van setup, rooftop tent, equipment, and safety guidelines. We’re here to answer all your questions.
Yes, we expect the camper to be returned in reasonable condition. Extra cleaning fees may apply if it’s returned excessively dirty.
Yes. We provide clean sheets, pillows, blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen set including utensils, cookware, and dishes.
